Supplying a Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) console and equipment for the Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre (MRCC) of the Solomon Islands Maritime Authority

The Solomon Islands Maritime Authority (SIMA) is seeking an experienced and reputable company to supply and install GMDSS console and equipment at the
MRCC of SIMA.

How to tender
Tender dates – the tender is opening at the office of SIMA on 24 May 2023 and will close on 30 June 2023 at 23:59 Solomon Islands time.
Tender method – all tenders must be in two separate sealed envelopes, unmarked with the name of the tenderer and tender reference details, but marked to the attention ‘Director of SIMA’. The first envelope will contain the technical proposal and the second one the financial proposal.

An alternative method of submission is to send the tender to procurement@sima.gov.sb. In this case the technical proposal and the financial proposal are sent in two separate emails. The documents must be in Word or PDF formats only.
