REQUEST for PROPOSAL

TC# 245/2022 – Survey, Detail Design and Documentation of Gravity Sewer Main and Pumping Station for 2G Housing Estate, Portion 2305, 7 Mile, National Capital District.

Water PNG Limited is a State-Owned Enterprise responsible for the provision and sale of potable water supply and 
sewerage services throughout the country. Water PNG Limited is now inviting suitably qualified and experienced Engineering Consulting Firms to submit Bid Proposals for this project.

Bidders will be assessed on the following criteria;
(i) Compliance to PNG laws and regulations – demonstrate IPA and IRC compliance.
(ii) Experience – demonstrate experience in successfully delivering similar projects.
(iii) Capacity – demonstrate ability to execute project and indicate key personnel.
(iv) Methodology – articulate understanding of this project into a well-structured program of works.
(v) Commercial – fees proposal, proposed payment schedule, insurance arrangements, etc.

Bidders should request soft copies of the Tender Documents from the 12th to 23rd September 2022 from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm and 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm on normal working days. A non-refundable fee of K500.00 is to be paid for the Tender Documents.
