LETTER OF INVITATION
TENDER NAME: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OVERLAYS FOR GAMES ORGANIZING COMMITTEE -GOC
TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER 05/23
The Games Organizing Committee invites interested eligible tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply and Delivery Overlays. Full details of the Overlays are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.
Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2013 and is open to all eligible Tenderers. Bidders are required to submit bids for either on (1), two (2) or three (3) or all of the Lots stated below

| LOT 3 | Supplier & Delivery of Bleachers |
| LOT 4 | Supply and Delivery of Floor Covering |

Pre -Tender Meeting is schedule on the 24th March 2023 10am at the GOC Office Sea King Building.
Tenders shall close on Friday 7th April 2023 2pm, late tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
