TENDER NOTICE

Invitation for tenders to supply a mammography machine for the Cancer Unit of the Solomon Islands National Referral Hospital.

The Solomon Islands Maritime Authority (SIMA) is seeking a reputable company able to supply a mammography machine and associated services for installation of equipment and user training.

How to tender

Tender dates – the tender is opening at the office of SIMA on 4 November 2022 and will close on 4 December 2022
at 23:59 Solomon Islands time.

Tender method – all tenders must be in two separate sealed envelopes, unmarked with the name of the tenderer
and tender reference details, but marked to the attention ‘Director of SIMA’. The first envelop will contain the
technical proposal and the second one the financial proposal.

An alternative method of submission is to send the tender to procurement@sima.gov.sb. In this case the technical
proposal and the financial proposal are sent in two separate emails. The documents must be in Word or PDF formats
only.
