The Ministry of Mines, Energy and Rural Electrification has received budget financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Solomon Islands Sustainable Mining Development Technical Assistance Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the following consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include the Institution Development Specialist.

The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be requested from the address provided below.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 3.14, 3.16 and 3.17 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (“the Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

The best qualified firm/consultant to carry out the services will be selected in accordance with the Consultant’s Qualifications Based Selection (CQS) method set out in the Regulations, and based on the following criteria:
