EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
LOGISTICS & CLEANING SERVICES
As part of the 2023 Pacific Games, the Games Organizing Committee (GOC) is hereby seeking interested participants for Logistics and Cleaning Services for Games villages and venues. This will include services in the following areas:
- Cleaning and Waste Services
- Logistics Laundry
The GOC now invites eligible Community Groups to indicate their interest in providing logistics and cleaning services. Interested groups must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the service(s), description and proof of experience of similar service(s) provided, and availability and location of its workforce.
Unregistered Community Groups may formally register themselves in order to meet EOI requirements however, this must be completed at the time of submission of their EOI.
The communities and interested groups will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Solomon Islands Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and SIG Financial Instructions 2010.

Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address above by Friday 2nd June 2023.
Interested Community Groups must submit their Expressions of Interest in a proposal containing all information requested in the EOI by no later than Friday 23rd June 2023 at 16:00 hours.
Late submissions will not be considered.
