Expression of Interest (EOI) Kumul Haus Concept Development Design Consultancy Services

Kumul Consolidated Holdings (KCH) is proposing to build a "One Stop Shop" building in Port Moresby that will house State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and KCH to provide a central location and easy access to services for PNG's economic development. The proposed building will be known as "Kumul Haus" that will be constructed within the Pom Port Precinct site (old wharf) located in Downtown CBD, along the Stanley Esplanade Road.

KCH's vision is to develop the face of the Pom Port Precinct to meet Port Moresby's future city demand whilst at the same time supporting the economic revitalization of the Port Moresby commercial hub.

The Kumul Haus will be an integral part of the Amazing Port Moresby concept of creating unique modern buildings inspired by tradition. Bidders must draw from the past rich heritage of Papua New Guinea and create an iconic design that will be a landmark of Downtown Port Mores- by CBD.

As such, KCH is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitable building and design consulting firms for this professional service. The design consultant's role is to prepare a detailed design report that will provide a masterplan framework for regulatory approvals and of the proposed Kumul Haus.

The Terms of Reference (TOR) outlining the proposal submission instruction, selection criteria, the site characteristics and scope of work will be made available to shortlisted firms.
