CONSTRUCTION OF NEW COMMERCIAL

OFFICE BUILDING, POINT CRUZ, HONIARA

 

The Solomon Island National Provident Fund (SINPF) is calling for reputable and capable Contractors to express their interest in the construction of the proposed Commercial Office Building on Hibiscus Avenue, Point Cruz, Honiara. Target commencement on Site would be April 2023.

The Project

Commercial Office Building Comprising

o Sub-Basement Carpark

o Mezzanine Retail Level

o 4 Typical Levels of Office Space

 

Pre-Qualification Requirements (For release of RFT Document and Shortlisting)

The Tenderers will be Pre-Qualified based on the following criteria. Please cover these items in your EOI.

The following typical information is required as part of the EOI.

· Cover letter on Company letterhead stating your interest in the Project.

· Company Haus Registration Details and copy of Certificates

· Compliance with Statutory HCC, IRD & SINPF Requirements with all payments up to date.

· Certificates of Currency for Insurances (Public Liability, Contractors All Risk, etc.)

· Proposed Construction Manager and Team for the Project (Details of completion of a similar project in the Pacific) with resume’s to be submitted for key staff.

· Detailed Project Listing and References for the past 5 years. Etc.

· Financial capacity to undertake Project Works incl. support letter from the Financial Institution.

 

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST PERIOD

The EOI Period was extended to Tuesday February 28th, 2023 at 3:00PM (Solomon Island Time) There will be no extensions past this date. All enquiries during this EOI period and all final proposals to be sent to: eoi@sinpf.org.sb- Attention: TENDER MANAGER - SINPF SOLCHO PROJECT

 

Suitably Qualified and Vetted Contractors will then receive a Formal ‘Request for Proposal’ along with the documents and detailed requirements for the project at which time a formal ‘Tender Process’ will be undertaken
